Our Mental Illness / Substance Use Disorder programs follow an innovative treatment model for adults with co-occurring chemical use and mental health issues. Our person-centered treatment services provide an integrated, interdisciplinary approach that links psychological, biological, and social factors to assist people in the process of recovery.  Our services are trauma informed and follow a harm-reduction model of care.  We offer a full spectrum of services including inpatient for male-identifying individuals, inpatient for female-identifying individuals, gender inclusive intensive outpatient, and continuing care.

We are seeking a Licensed Senior Program Manager. This is a senior level leadership position within a division and carries responsibility for the management of staff, budgets, facilities and adherence to licensing and accreditation standards at multiple locations. In addition this role provides clinical direction to teams and individuals and ensures that programs are operating with high levels of occupancy.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading program teams to create a sense of community and collaboration with open dialogue
  • Coaching team leaders toward progress against quality assurance standards and goals
  • Partnering with senior leaders on analyzing proposed legislation, regulations, or rule changes to determine impact on services
  • Interacting with constituent groups, community organizations, federal, state and county organizations to foster and cultivate relationships
  • Oversee program development and growth
  • Managing processes that ensure documents and medical records are maintained in accordance with licensing, insurance and company standards
  • Supervising, evaluating and developing staff
  • Overseeing financial reports monthly for budget tracking and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in the behavior science field
  • Current and unrestricted Minnesota state license in one of the following: LP, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC
  • One year of full-time, post licensure experience with six months of full-time experience providing clinical services to clients
  • Three years of management experience
