Our Integrated Services Division promotes foundational health and well-being, a critical aspect of our core service continuum. Through nursing, nutrition and health and wellness services we focus on the whole health of the people that we serve.  We are searching for a Registered Nurse to join our team! Our Registered Nurses are active members of an integrated treatment team across all programs and services within the organization. They collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs in order to tailor individualized plans that are preventative and restorative in nature. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality, skilled, whole-health services within a rehabilitative and therapeutic model of care
  • Actively engaging with clients, developing positive relationships that support the client in meeting their goals
  • Acting as a collaborative team member to any program within the organization, leading and addressing comprehensive health promotion
  • Facilitating preventative and restorative health and well-being education in individual, group and community settings
  • Using experiential learning as an intervention to support recovery
  • Acting as a liaison between the client and external care providers for whole health needs
  • Providing information and/or referrals to resources in the community for increased support and stabilization
  • Offering coaching on medication management
  • Documenting observable behaviors and symptoms

Part-time positions available at Crisis program and full-time position available at Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. All of these programs see a variety of clients with complex diagnoses. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
  • Excellent driving record, reliable car, and current auto insurance


  • High School diploma / GED 
  • 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness


  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work
  • 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness
