We are searching for a Talent Coordinator to join our Human Resources team! This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to begin their career in Human Resources. This position will welcome candidates and create a positive onboarding experience for people starting new roles at People Incorporated. Responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and people onboarding to the agency
  • Coordinate the logistics for weekly new hire orientation classes
  • Track Assist with scheduling and communication for interview processes, career fairs, etc.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Payroll team members to help ensure effective delivery of all HR services
  • Partner with Operations leaders and Administrative departments to create efficient workflows between teams
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality related to employee data

Required qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • One year of administrative experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • Two years of experience working in a Human Resources department
