This role will provide administrative assistance to Children's Day Treatment, Children's Targeted Case Management as well as Foundational Wellbeing at New Hope office. The Children's Day Treatment program goal is to restore functioning, develop age-appropriate coping skills, decrease aggression and/or self-defeating behaviors, improve family support systems, develop positive relationships with adults and peers, and improve functioning in the home, school and community. Children's Targeted Case Management program works to help children and their families to obtain appropriate support including mental and physical health services. The Foundation Wellness program provides evidence-based preventative and restorative services in the areas of Sleep Hygiene, Movement and Body Therapies, Nutrition Practices, Tobacco Treatment and Mind Therapies. 

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant II. This position is responsible for providing administrative support and acting as the first point of contact with external and internal customers.  In addition this role generates and distributes reports and manages financial data reporting.  The Administrative Assistant II will:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and callers, providing information, taking messages and/or directing inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Ensure that all program information and correspondence is handled in accordance with company confidentiality standards
  • Create correspondence, compile statistical information, record meeting minutes and maintain general financial data
  • Develop and maintain paper and electronic filing systems and database systems and tools
  • Coordinate purchasing and tracking of office supplies, reserving rooms and distributing mail, etc.
  • Handle confidential information with an exceptional level of discretion

Typical days and hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Required qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of accuracy in all activities
  • Exceptional sense of confidentiality and discretion


  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Three years of administrative experience


  • Associate's degree
  • One year of administrative experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity in a nonprofit environment
  • Experience in a mental health care setting
