We are searching for a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team! This role is a great entry-level Human Resources position for someone looking to begin their career in Human Resources operations. This position supports daily benefits operations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to employee inquiries related to benefits and HR
  • Entering new employee data and tracking terminations and status changes
  • Ensuring compliance with COBRA guidelines by preparing letters and other paperwork
  • Supporting annual enrollment, monthly benefits orientation, and qualifying event enrollment
  • Coordinating monthly benefit orientation meetings
  • Managing health and wellness activities
  • Assisting with administration of the retirement plan including data authentication, mailings, and audit preparation
  • Maintaining the benefits reconciliation process including invoice reconciliation, confirmation of data transfer via vendor file feeds, and timely PO tracking and filing
  • Partnering with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Payroll teams to help ensure effective delivery of all HR services
  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality related to employee data

Required qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • One year of administrative experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • Two years of experience working in a Human Resources department
