Riverwind is an eight bed residential crisis program serving adults. Riverwind provides short -term mental health residential crisis services in Anoka County. We are a community-based service, where staff and recipients work together to avoid repeating crisis situations and hospitalization.  

We are searching for a Program Supervisor I who will supervise a team and also be part of the program schedule, ensuring that our clients receive excellent care that meets licensing and company standards.  Duties include:

  • Facilitating partnerships and nurturing relationships with stakeholders in order to meet the overall health needs of clients
  • Creating a sense of community and team among staff and clients
  • Hiring and orienting program staff and supporting them in developing skills
  • Supervising and coaching staff for excellence in quality of services
  • Coordinating program schedules and meetings
  • Modeling person-centered care
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with program staff and other program managers

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in behavior science
  • One year of full-time experience in human services


  • High School Diploma
  • Five years of full-time experience in human services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses
