We are seeking a Director of Operations for our Outpatient Clinics to lead program and team development.  This position matches program operations with strategic goals and with the mission, vision and values of People Incorporated and delivers exceptional and evidence based health care that is person-centered and that aligns with recovery and rehabilitative models of care. The employee will:

  • Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration through direct management of program leadership.
  • Assist program leaders in defining and achieving their operational and management goals and performance objectives.
  • Manage the development of assigned employees to ensure optimum performance and allocation of resources.
  • Achieve consistent, high-quality, evidence-based services that bring about desired outcomes for those served.
  • Ensure that productivity goals are met.  Analyzes program performance and partners with leaders to create solutions to productivity issues.
  • Discover creative ways to deliver services, achieving economies of scale when possible, and incorporating best practices into operations. Ensures that services are effective, efficient, and bring about superior client outcomes.
  • Oversee the development of the annual operating budgets and monitors performance against budget.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral science or human services
  • Five years leadership experience in human services
  • Two years of leadership experience must be in behavior health sciences
  • A current and valid professional license in Minnesota: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP or RN
  • Experience gathering, analyzing and using data to establish goals, monitor implementation and establish program initiatives

Preferred qualifications:

  • Project management and business development experience
  • Demonstrated success in creating new service delivery options or growing business operations within an organization that provides services to those with mental health or chemical dependency needs
