The Huss Center for Women serves women with co-occurring chemical dependency issues and mental illness and will offer a full spectrum of services including inpatient, intensive outpatient, and continuing care. Our person-centered treatment services provide an integrated, interdisciplinary approach that links psychological, biological, and social factors to assist people in the process of recovery. In addition we are opening another ten bed program for Women called Restoration Place. We are searching for a Program Manager II.

The Program Manager II leads a program team and oversees budget, licensing and compliance requirements. Duties may include:

  • Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and clients
  • Establishing and overseeing administrative procedures to meet company goals
  • Evaluating and giving input into client development plans, supporting progress toward client goals
  • Hiring and training program staff, managing team performance and schedules
  • Reviewing program activities and progress against quality assurance standards and goals
  • Understanding program budgets and managing to the budget
  • Ensuring that all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements are satisfied

This is for the MI/SUD Women's Residential Programs. Typical Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, but can be flexible and may vary to meet program needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in behavior science
  • Three years (6,000 hours) experience in human services
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • LADC

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavior science
  • Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses
  • Three years supervisory experience in the mental health services arena
