Our Billing team ensures that we bill for services swiftly and accurately in order to manage a steady revenue cycle.  We are searching for a Revenue Cycle and Billing Manager to ensure that workflow development, billing, and payment processing comply with all regulatory and operational policies and align with performance expectations.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the administration of claims and account receivables
  • Ensuring the accuracy of provider master files, the charge review process, billing, collections, client data integrity and the client fee schedule
  • Monitoring aged accounts and verifying that staff are using appropriate collection procedures to ensure timely resolution
  • Managing key billing and performance reports and assisting with reporting metrics and data reporting development
  • Managing employees through providing training, assessing strengths and development needs and providing timely and specific feedback and helpful coaching

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Expertise in computerized billing and accounting systems including implementation, training, report generation and system upgrades
  • Strong working knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections processes and codes, commercial insurance, Medical Assistance, and Medicare plans and benefits at the county, state, and federal levels


  • Bachelor's degree  
  • Five years of experience managing medical revenue cycles with a record of achieving metrics and organizational goals


  • High School Diploma
  • Nine years of experience managing medical revenue cycles with a record of achieving metrics and organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Health Care Management
  • Experience with the Evolv electronic medical record
