The Associate Recruiter will support the acquisition and onboarding of new and talented employees into the organization. Responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding, aligning with and representing the People Incorporated mission and values
  • Creating positive, collaborative relationships with internal business partners
  • Responding to inquires from internal and external candidates promptly and respectfully
  • Advertising open positions through a variety of resources including traditional advertising and use of social media
  • Supporting the management and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Onboarding new employees into the agency
  • Attending career fair events representing the company

Required Qualifications


  • Associate's degree in communications, human resources or related area
  • Two years of experience in recruiting


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources or related area
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year recruiting or human resources experience in a nonprofit work environment
